My Floral Design
Which college(in California) has the best education out of these art topics? ?
haha sry if my question is a bit misleading. I want to be a designer, but of course, that's too broad. I want to know which college in California has the best course for fashion designing and art in general(visual arts). And if you people are kind enough. . . plz explain wat a floral designer exactly does.

- UCLA is good i guess, but if you really want to be a designer, then you should go to an actual design school-- the best ones are in new york or anywhere in the northeast- AKA- Parsons, RISD, NYU... ect. I am also an aspiring designer, so i have done a lot of research for this since college is basically one and a half years away for me, but make sure, before you apply anywhere, that you have a pretty awesome resume- whether it be sketches of things that you want to design or polaroids of things that you have designed and made. I reccomend taking classes at your local fashion institute, even if you are young. Learn how to sew, sketch fashion art and make quality pieces- as this will impress any college you apply to. good luck!
- California State University, Fresno had a good art department, when I was going there; but that was a few years back, and things might have changed since then. A floral designer makes the fancy flower arrangements for posh hotels, restaurants, and other businesses. Like the arrangements in the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park.
