Does anyone know what a floral designer gets paid working for Michael's arts and craft stores.?

If the employee/designer took on managing duties for the department or within the store, one's earnings can be magnified. Which is also a potential when you've been a loyal and successful employee at Michael's for quite a while. Mobility - This Situation Could Emerge for a Skill-Set Such as Designer: Moving your employment to another store (in the chain) -- and there tend to be plenty locally - - can be a plus on your record, given that you did so to help fix a shortfall in that second location; The store locations talk together, for the good of the company, especially when a transfer is needed .. for a known-quantity, sharp worker.
