Materials/Supplies for Really Detailed Art?
Does anyone know what materials/supplies they used to do really detailed art like some of the Arabic art you see or even some of the Gothic stuff with the really detailed borders and stuff? I've also seen gold floral stuff that could be interesting to know how to do.

- If you mean the detailed borders on manuscripts and the like then it was a good eye and a steady hand. Take out your pen and draw then you fill in the color. I would use gouache. You can then add gold leaf which rubs on.
